I am a native of Galloway, deeply invested in my community. A summa cum laude graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in business and a mom of two boys serving as president of the Galloway Family School Association, I have both the acumen and dedication needed to help bring our township forward, together. With priorities like community connection, fiscal transparency, and a balanced, responsible council, I am ready to listen, lead, and bring more to Galloway Township.
Since 2020 I've run a construction business and an animal rescue. I have a Navy National Guard, and I'm the proud daughter of an immigrant. I speak fluent Spanish and conversational French and Italian, skills that connect people. I'm running for council to champion green energy, safer streets with bike lanes, stronger protections for animals, and transparent budgeting that puts people first.
I’m an employment consultant and freelance writer, serving as President of T&J Associates of New Jersey LLC and The Oneal Group, respectively. I provide workplace training on behavioral issues, conduct employee complaint investigations, interact with government agencies on minority and female equity matters, and write about human relationships and social issues as a freelance artist.
Alongside my entrepreneurial work, I’ve served as a Complaint Investigator for NJ Transit in Newark, Diversity Manager for Trump Plaza Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, and Grant Information Supervisor for the Ford Foundation in New York. My political involvement includes running for Galloway Council in 2015 and for County Executive in 2023, stepping in as a replacement for Peggy Capone, who passed away during the campaign.
I hold a BA in Business Studies/Marketing and an MA in Business Studies/Management from Stockton University. I’ve also earned certifications in EEO Law from Rutgers University, mediation from Capital University, and grant writing from The Grant Institute. I was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and lived, worked, and studied in New York before relocating to Southern New Jersey.
I grew up in Philadelphia and graduated from Little Flower Catholic High School for Girls. I've been a proud resident of Galloway Township for 49 years.
I began my teaching career at St. Phillip’s School in Brigantine and later in Egg Harbor City, before coming home to teach in Galloway Schools for 23 years. In 2006, I was honored to be selected as Galloway Township’s School District Teacher of the Year. While my children attended Galloway Schools, I served as a PTA officer.
Since retiring, I’ve continued to stay involved in the community. I was elected to the Galloway Township School Board and volunteer with Galloway’s Sustainability Task Force Go Green Team as the school liaison, where I teach environmental sustainability lessons. I also volunteered with the League of Women Voters of Atlantic County for seven years. I'm now ready to bring my energy and commitment to Galloway’s Council—emphasizing balance, transparency, fairness, and cooperation on behalf of all our township residents.
